DESCRIPTION
As the audience enters they see the stage: half of a tennis court. The house lights are on. When they are seated the lights and sound slowly fade and a video projection is seen on the furthest wall: dark greenish, nightshot of the night at Ssesse Island in Uganda. It is difficult to see exactly what is on the video. It appears to be abstract, but shortly a sphere - the moon appears. The sound is insects singing in the night is heard, and then voices mixed in, like field radios/walky talkies. Someone is running.

Possible voices:

Alternative 1: Over here! Come on in. My door is always open to you, but there are cracks in my foundation, and I need your help to repair them.

Alternative 2: I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid. You're afraid of change. I'm going to hang up this phone and then I'm going to show these people a world without you. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you.
