Amanda Steggell choreographer, project leader
Studied dance at London College of Dance and Drama, and choreography at
the Norwegian Ballet Academy (Oslo). Dance and drama instructor since
1986, but working primarily as choreographer since 1994.
Her first full length performance ARENA2 was shown at the Black Box Theatre, Oslo, in 1995. M@ggie's Love Bytes was shown at Electra '96. Consultant for among others Norwegian Ballet Academy, Norwegian Broadcasting Association, SNDO (Amsterdam) and Norwegian Ministry of Culture. Member of Res Rocket
Surfer.
Per Platou technical producer, project leader, musician
Studied media theory, criminology, history of ideas, and film/drama in Oslo and London.
Editor of Radio Nova 1987-89. Freelance journalist. Founded DBUT in 1990, an alternative distribution network, record company and production company for
sound, film, art and media. Consultant for NorConcert,
Norwegian Broadcasting Association, Telenor and Ministry of
Culture. Innovator of Project in Gamlebyen, 1994. Events-coordinator
for
Electra '96. Technical producer and music director in M@ggie's Love
Bytes. Founding member of NOOD and member of Res Rocket
Surfer.
Siri Jøntvedt dance
Studied dance at the Norwegian Ballet Academy, with further studies in New York, where she also worked with choreographer Francis Becker. Founded
STUDIO B (centre for New Dance) in Oslo in 1995. She is currently a freelance
dancer including performing ARENA2 and M@ggie's Love
Bytes, and teacher. Improvisation is her special field of interest.
Snelle Hall dance
Studied dance at the Norwegian Ballet Academy, with further studies in
New York. Founded STUDIO B (centre for New Dance) in Oslo in 1995.
Production assistant for Ingunn Bjørnsgaard Prosjekt since 1995.
Snelle is currently working as a freelance dancer including ARENA2 and M@ggie's Love Bytes.
Kristine Øren dance
Studied dance at the Norwegian Ballet Academy. Represented Norway in
the Eurovision Competition for Young Dancers in 1993. Freelance dancer, including
performance in ARENA2, M@ggie's Love Bytes and Vampire
State Building.
Ulf Knudsen musician, net dweller
Has played in many Norwegian bands since 1977, including "Kaare og
Partiet", "Spacelings" and "Sister Rain". Studied
criminology at the University of Oslo. Founder and co-owner of Endless Sound Studio, Oslo. Sound director for Verdensteatret, 1996. Collaborator in M@ggie's Love Bytes, 1996. Currently works as net hunter at SOL, and is an innercore member of the netbands Res Rocket Surfer and NOOD.
Hans Christian Gilje light design, programmer, video
Education from Bordeaux and University of Trondheim (Norway). Has been directing and producing for dance and music productions, and made a number of short films/videos shown internationally. Currently working with robot design at the Intermedia dept. at the Art Academy of Trondheim
Ellen Røed project coordinator, web design, video
Education from Bordeaux and University of Oslo. Producer for Det Motsatte Prosjekt and Panterbiffene. Collaborator in Verdensteatret.
Coordinator for Oslo Filmfestival 1995 and 1996.
Katharina Barbosa Blad costume design
Educated in Paris and Barcelona. Costume designer for many norwegian
theatre and dance productions, amongst others Misa Flamenco, ARENA2,
Grenland Friteater and Det Norske Teatret.
Ivar Smedstad morph meister
Education from San Francisco, New York and Cologne. Has produced several
internationally awarded videoworks, including "Drain" 1995 and
"Pixel"
1996. Currently works as lecturer at Academy of Media Arts in Cologne.
